The pre-ordered book will be delivered to the customer once the stocks arrive. Delivery dates are subject to change in the event of Force Majeure, changes in the publisher's delivery schedule or any unforeseen event beyond Powerbooks' control. Delivery rates shall apply depending on the recipient's shipping address. The cost of the book will be charged on the customer's credit card upon processing and APPROVAL of your transaction. Pre-orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The customer will be duly notified via email regarding the new price of the item purchased, and the customer has the option to push through with the order (under the new price), or cancel the order with no charge at all. For damages, returns and other concerns, the standard terms and conditions shall apply.
